We had the most wonderful experience with Marjolein (though all staff seemed fantastic). Marjolein was kind, patient, she listened to what I wanted but also pivoted based on what I ended up being drawn to. So impressed. Lots to think about but you've made a new customer very happy and I can't imagine going to another store ever again. It's such a warm and wonderful place. Thank you!

Great selection of jewelry and super friendly service! They really take their time helping you. Have bought jewelry here and also got some pieces repaired, and I can’t recommend them enough! Always such a pleasant experience visiting the store.

Great place to visit, as it is a small old building that is bustling with activity. After some initial mishapps the owner made up in a great way. A good talk and apologies + flowers! Mistakes can happen, and the owner understand how to give a great overall customer experience. Thank you kindly

Great experience... excellent selection of contemporary and vintage items, fair prices and a very friendly service. I found absolutely beautiful art deco pendant.. what was a nice touch that there was no pressure from sales lady to make me choose more expensive item that was my first option. Much appreciated. Very, very pleased with my purchase.

Lyppens designed + made our engagement ring as I was providing the diamonds myself. They were fine to work with lab made diamonds which some other goldsmiths were not. It’s a very warm and welcoming shop/staff, who made the purchasing experience wonderful. What really made it though was the size of the ring was wrong (my fault, not theirs), and we came at 4pm the day I proposed and it was fixed within 45 minutes. Really impressed with that, as we had assumed it would have been a few days/ a week before it was fixed. To have been able to walk out that day with the ring on my fiancés finger was amazing! The only thing to improve would be communication over email. A few times, I did have to chase for updates/call after not hearing back when expected. A minor flaw on an otherwise perfect experience.

Amazing and special experience for us getting our wedding rings here. Boris Lyppens helped us and made our visits an unforgettable memory. But also the security guy outside makes you feel so welcome. The staff takes the time to help you and explain everything. It feels like traveling back in time because of the beautiful old building and vibes inside. Highly recommended if you want to find a special piece of jewerly for yourself.
